LoveGoBuy Warehouse: Storage Dates, Packing and Consolidation
Track LoveGoBuy storage from the stored status, clear QC issues before combining items and compare parcel costs after packing decisions.
Updated
The LoveGoBuy warehouse is where separate purchases become candidates for an international parcel. Use that stage to inspect items, resolve discrepancies and choose the packing that suits the contents. Combining everything automatically is not always the cheapest or most practical choice.
Record a storage date for every item
LoveGoBuy’s storage help page, checked on 24 October 2026, gives shopping-agent goods a 60-day preservation period beginning at the order’s stored status. This is a storage rule, not a 60-day return window. Record that status date and the deadline shown for each order; neither adding an item to a cart nor buying another item establishes a new start date for goods already stored.
The page warns that goods left beyond the period without a parcel-delivery request or a response from the customer are treated as abandoned and destroyed. It does not publish an extension price or state that sending a message automatically extends the period. If you cannot ship in time, contact support before expiry and obtain an explicit arrangement, its cost and the revised deadline. Keep the reply with the affected order rather than assuming an open support message stops the clock.
The article labels this rule for the shopping-agent service. It does not establish identical terms for a seller-direct forwarding parcel. Check the applicable service before applying the 60-day figure. For a pending return, follow the separate return rules; storage time remaining does not preserve seller return eligibility.
Use a small warehouse decision list
| Item | Record | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Ready item | Order reference, stored date and approved option | Include in an appropriate parcel |
| QC question | Missing view, measurement or discrepancy | Resolve before packing |
| Return request | Request date and seller decision | Keep separate from items being shipped |
| Late incoming item | Seller dispatch or domestic tracking status | Decide whether waiting justifies the older items' deadline risk |
Choose what can travel together
Check the actual categories of all intended contents against the available line conditions. An item with different restrictions can change the routes available for the whole parcel. Compare the combined parcel with any practical split using the same destination and accurate category information.
Consolidation can remove unnecessary packaging, but it can also create a larger box. LoveGoBuy's estimator asks for weight and three dimensions, so assess both. A lighter parcel is not automatically cheaper if the outer box still produces a larger billable weight under the selected line.
Make packaging instructions specific
Decide which original boxes are necessary for protection, gifting, resale or the product itself. Removing a box may reduce space but can change protection and what you receive. If a seal must remain intact, state that before requesting an inspection or repacking service that might open it.
For fragile or mixed items, ask what packing options are available and what they cost. Confirm whether a requested service is optional or required for the chosen line. Do not assume that a rehearsal or packing request includes every protection measure you want.
Compare before and after packing
- Select only items whose QC and return questions are resolved.
- Confirm packaging choices and the destination details.
- Obtain the available packed weight and dimensions.
- Recheck the shipping options using those inputs.
- Review the total, including optional services, before approving payment.
If the result is unexpectedly high, compare the dimensions, category and packaging with your earlier estimate. Ask whether an allowed change would materially improve the result before cancelling or recreating the parcel.
Handle an unmatched delivery separately
If a seller's tracking says delivered but the item is absent from the account, provide the domestic tracking number, seller information and order reference. Ask about identification and receiving; do not substitute a warehouse address found in an old screenshot. For forwarding purchases, obtain the current address and any required identifier directly from the account instructions.
Frequently asked questions
Should I wait until every item arrives before shipping?
Only if the waiting items, storage deadlines and expected savings make that sensible. Compare shipping ready items separately with waiting for consolidation.
Is removing packaging always cheaper?
No. Compare the resulting packed dimensions and weight under the available line rules, while keeping the protection and contents you need.
Does 60 days in storage mean I have 60 days to return an item?
No. LoveGoBuy’s storage page, checked on 24 October 2026, describes preservation for shopping-agent goods from stored status. Return eligibility follows separate rules; a remaining storage allowance does not extend it.
