LoveGoBuy Returns and Refunds: Act at the Right Order Stage

Prepare a clear LoveGoBuy cancellation, return or refund request with the right order details, evidence and next action before the parcel moves.

Updated

For a LoveGoBuy return or refund, first identify where the item is. Cancelling before purchase, returning an item from the warehouse and reporting a problem after international dispatch are different processes. Make the request as soon as the issue is known, and keep the item from moving to the next stage while the request is being assessed.

The published return clocks are not interchangeable

The Return and Exchange Rules, checked on 24 October 2026, use several starting events. Read the relevant clause rather than treating the largest number as extra time.

Published provisionClock and condition
14-day seller guaranteeThe overview describes eligible third-party sellers’ returns within 14 days of signed receipt. It is not a universal warehouse request deadline.
Warehouse request windowThe instructions specify 5 days, or 120 hours, starting at the next hour after the status becomes “Stocked in”.
Over 5 days after ordering, QC providedA separate refund section says the seller may refuse the request. This clock is based on order placement, not warehouse arrival.
Over 5 days after ordering, no QC providedThat section states a full refund regardless of seller acceptance. Elsewhere the page requires seller agreement, so its application needs confirmation for the actual order.

These clauses are not a single consistent countdown. Save the order time, stock-in time, first QC availability and request time; ask support which clause governs the order. Do not wait for day 14 or restart the clock when opening a photograph. A stock-in timestamp and an order-placement timestamp answer different questions.

Preserve eligibility and confirm the return costs

The policy makes ordinary returns conditional on the seller’s return terms and resale condition. Custom-made items, listed non-returnable goods and items with tags or packaging removed at the buyer’s request can fall outside that service. Keep the tags, seals and accessories until the decision is made.

For a non-defective item, the policy assigns return freight to the buyer, and also the original domestic freight when the seller did not offer free shipping. A quality-problem return is treated differently. Ask for an itemised amount before authorising a return; the word “free” does not establish that all transport is free.

The policy lists support@Lovegobuy.com for product complaints. Send the order reference, exact issue, relevant photographs and requested outcome through an official channel. Never send a password or verification code. Keep the acknowledgement; a submitted request, seller approval, account credit and money received by a bank are different milestones.

Do not wait for the end of the storage period

Storage permission does not establish how long a seller will accept a return. Ask which deadline applies to the item, which event starts that deadline, and whether submitting the request or completing the return is required before it ends. Request a specific date and time if the wording is unclear. Act promptly instead of relying on a general guarantee title.

Build a request that can be assessed

LoveGoBuy's return guidance asks customers to explain the problem and provide order-related evidence. Keep the product description, selected specification, payment confirmation and relevant photographs together. Describe the difference between what was ordered and what arrived, rather than using only “bad quality.”

For example: “Order A selected the black bag-and-strap option. The warehouse photographs show the bag, but not the strap. Please confirm whether the strap is present; if missing, advise whether the seller can supply it or accept a return.” This asks for an answer before choosing a remedy.

Confirm the financial result before proceeding

  • Which part of the payment is potentially refundable?
  • Is domestic return postage payable, and by whom?
  • Are any service, inspection or other charges excluded?
  • Does the seller need to receive or approve the returned item first?
  • Where will the refund be credited, and is withdrawing that balance a separate step?

Get the order-specific answer rather than assuming the full original spend will return to the original payment method. A refund request, seller approval, account credit and completed withdrawal are separate milestones.

Where the money goes, and when a withdrawal is separate

In Account Assets → Payment Methods, the Available Payment Methods article checked on 24 October 2026 says card-order refunds and top-up refunds return to the original account; WeChat/Alipay refunds also return to the original account, while balance-paid orders refund to the platform balance. These destination rules do not approve a seller return or establish a bank-arrival date. Match the refund to the method used for that payment.

The same help area's How can I withdraw from my account balance article gives Wallet → Withdraw and says to submit the withdrawal request through online customer service. It states 2–3 working days for processing, with the requested amount frozen during processing and returned to the original top-up bank or payment account. This is not a guaranteed end-to-end bank receipt time. Ask which route applies to your balance and retain the withdrawal reference; do not create repeated requests for money already frozen.

If a return is refused or the status stalls

Ask for the reason, the applicable condition and the next available option. If the decision depends on a photograph, size label or missing accessory, provide that precise evidence. If the item has already been packed, ask whether it can still be separated; do not create a second return request with conflicting instructions.

Keep one clear timeline of the request, replies, seller decision and any return tracking. A concise follow-up with the reference and the unanswered question is easier to resolve than several unrelated messages. Do not send the item to an address copied from a forum or an old order; use the instructions associated with this return.

Frequently asked questions

Does a storage period give me the same amount of time to return an item?

No. Storage and return eligibility are different. Confirm the return deadline and its starting event for the actual order.

Is an approved refund the same as money reaching my bank?

No. Check whether the status refers to seller approval, account credit, withdrawal processing or a completed payment reversal.

Is the LoveGoBuy return deadline 14 days or 120 hours?

The public page uses both, for different provisions, and also has a clause counted from order placement. Its warehouse instructions specify 120 hours starting at the next hour after “Stocked in”. Record the actual timestamps and ask support which provision applies; do not assume the 14-day heading extends that request window.

Does a 2–3-working-day withdrawal estimate guarantee money in my bank?

No. The help article describes processing a withdrawal to the original top-up account and freezing the requested amount meanwhile. It does not establish when the receiving bank or payment provider completes the credit.
